this is my first post here in this community, so I hope I have chosen the correct forum…

Basically, I have a very simple question. Are the webmethod products available for download so that I can play around with them on my own or do I need to contact a sales person first? I would like to get a better understanding what the different products do and I usually do that by installing them and running some small examples.

There is no evaluation product for webMethods as of now

You should contact your local SAG salesperson (contact right via the company link in this forum). There is no free dowload of the suite without talking to sales first (afaik).
