    Template Library is rarely displayed like one in ten times.
    - when it does work I do a quick template copy and the template edit and it Hangs, oh it came back 10 to 20 minutes later - I went to make a cup of tea after 10 minutes. See HMC82_template_library.jpg

    Now the Deploy from the template list  is just a large grey box for 15 minutes and counting.

    HMC 8.2 SP1 - I can give access over the IBM LAN if it helps to debug this.
