    It's great to hear that you like the idea, and I look forward to receiving more feedback from you and others. I hope that as you spend more time with Rewards, you'll come to love it. As you may have read, the platform has been available to users of IBM Learning for the past 12 months with more than 150.000 users being active, and we have now opened it to all of TechXchange to encourage more engagement, learning, and fun.

    Excellent initiative! The TechXchange Rewards program is indeed a valuable opportunity that many in the community might not be fully aware of yet. This is a great way to recognize and incentivize continuous learning and contributions within the IBM ecosystem.

    I've noticed IBM has been launching several interesting initiatives lately - from the enhanced IBM SkillsBuild tracks to now this rewards platform. It's inspiring to see how the company is creating multiple pathways for professionals to grow, engage, and be recognized for their efforts.

    The timing is perfect too, as many of us are deep into our learning journeys and could benefit from understanding how our progress translates into tangible recognition. I'll definitely be exploring the platform and sharing this with peers who might find this valuable.

    Looking forward to seeing how this program evolves and contributes to our professional development journey!

    So, I have one question, where I find help for rewards subject? I complete the mission Create 5 Blogs to earn XP and unlock a new challenge., but the website the rewards not update for unblocked me. Where I can help for this Issues? The website is not recognize that I finished this mission.
