    We have been trying to submit a request to join the Tech Preview Registration for Blueworks described here; You Mapped the Process. Now Prove the Value-with IBM's Next Evolution.

    But the request just seems to be staying in "Draft" status, has anyone managed to properly submit it, or is this just the way the forms stay?
