    Hi All,

    TBM Connect has been unavailable for over 24 hours.  Is anyone else experiencing this issue?  Any ideas when it will be back up again?

    Speculation: I think that's the jiveon site that is being retired in favor of this community... i don't know about the full extent of the migration plan, but I accepted that at some point the old site would be turned off.
    I would defer to more knowledgeable others to give a definitive answer.

    Is there something specifically that you're looking for?

    Hi @Roopen Unarkat! @Erik Brown is correct. We have migrated to this new platform for our community site. All of the articles from TBM have either been migrated or removed because they were outdated with old information. We have also created a new help site that you can get to by going to help.apptio.com. This has a ton of help documentation for in product questions. If you're looking for a specific article, try searching for the title of it on this new community site and it should come up. If not, let your CSM or create a post like you did for this and someone can help you out. Let me know if you have any questions!

    @Rhonda Keller ​ - Thanks so much the CSM provided me with the links to use and I really wanted access to TBM Connect to support any of the exam questions that I might have struggled with.

    @Katie Martin-Riddle - Thanks for the response, it was mentioned on the training course that we should use TBM Connect as our go to place for questions/answers and also to aid in the exam.  I was hoping to just have it to hand during the exam but have now successfully passed.

    @Erik Brown ​ - Thanks so much.  Managed to use this community site as my backup for the RTBMA Exam.  Was daunting to think the rest of my team had used TBM Connect and I was left to try the Community site.  Overall, proved useful and managed to pass :)
