I have been using OpenIntenetExplorer Releases · AigioL/OpenInternetExplorer (github.com) I works with the batch xml files as well. No install needed.
Hope this helps,
Bob

How do you get around this? Just edit the setup task xml because there is a more cynical issue if that's disable. You can't download the dcim control.

Was about to say it's the browser. TMweb was designed to use IE 32 bit browser. You can try setting Edge to run in compatible mode with IE. But yeah it's the browser.

I happened to be a on a remote session with IBM today and found out that this behavior is due to me using Edge browser. The TMWeb interface does not save correctly unless you use Internet Explorer. Just thought I would put that here in case someone else has that issue.
