Task engine installation

    Hi,

    I am using wM 7.1 designer to develop by portlet application (using task types) for approve/reject the orders.

    But when I try to deploy it, it throws me an error wm_task_search.war, wm_task*.pdp etc. should be installed first.

    I tried to install the task engine from wM7.1 installer, but I could not see “Task engine” anywhere.

    In the MWS screen also, I could not locate the “Task engine settings” under Administration->My webMethods->Server setting.

    Can anyone please help.

    Clearly, the task engine isn’t installed on your instance of MWS. You’ll need to install it (and ensure you have a license for BPMS).
