Hello friend,

I have a requirement wherein a Task needs to be assigned to a set of 7 Users. All the 7 users should approve it to complete the task and All the 7 users should be able to work on the task parallely, i.e., the task approval can be done by any user and in any sequence.

I’am not able to implement this logic in Workflow. I can assign the task to all users. But I’am not sure how to set the Order for each rule…

Please help in resolving this…

Hi,

There is one way to resolve this.
Grab all the 7 users under one role and assisgn Number value @ task as 7.
The task will only be completed after completion of 7 users.
