    In IBM I,  I have a problen with the Cartridges, if a bkup if running and for error some one move that Cartridges  from Drive to Slot  the Cartridges cant restore some previus info

    and with aply a DSPTAP  that return 0 info of previus bkup an make it to *NL  ,   Is there any way to configure the TS4300 browser so that a tape cannot be ejected when it is recording?

    When you eject cartridge from Drive to slot, if it is in writing or reading then in both cases process cancels, will start from the 0, 
    I am using Tape libraries since last 5 to 6 years, and I havn't find any option that restrict the movement of cartridge if any operation is running.
