Tamino Transaction Management

    Hello,

    I would like to use COM+ Distributed Transaction coordinator (DTC) with Tamino to manage commit or rollback actions. From what I have read so far about Tamino, this is not supported and I will need to manage my Transactions manually. I am quite new to Tamino and definitely could be wrong, any help would be appreciated

    Currently Tamino does not support two-phase commit. I have heard of similar requirements from application developers using EJB.

    I have heard only rumours so far that eventually Tamino will be 2PC compliant but I have heard of no timescales as yet, so it seems it is something R&D are / will be working on. :rolleyes:

    I wonder if anyone else can confirm or deny this? :confused:
