  • 1.  Tamino 2.3.1.1 Logging Issue

    Posted Tue August 21, 2001 11:14 AM

    Hi,

I installed Tamino 2.3.1.1 for WIN NT successfully. My web server is Apache.
When I try log in, it says, Access denied.
Out of 3 frames, after log in, I could get only left top most incomplete frame and other frames are not loading. The error says Access Denied.
Please let me know where I am missing ?
I checked in the registry for the username, also.

    Thanks,
    N.V.Sairam

    Hi,

Try updgrading your browser if you don’t have the latest version. It somehow helped.

I saw this problem before and it seems to have something to do with the browser settings. What browser are you using? and what version? I was using IE 5.1 and I don’t know if it was my settings or the browser but upgrading to 5.5 made the problem disappear.

    Good luck,
    KG

    Hi KG,

The problem is, with the Tamino Manager, I think.
I tried in IE 5.5, it was doing fine.
    Thanks for the reply.
