  • 1.  system firmware update with hmc V10R3 M1060

    hi there,

    has anyone done a system firmware update with hmc v10r3 m1060 ?
    we are just trying to update the system firmware of a s922-22a from VL950_145_045 (FW950.A0) to VL950_149_045 (FW950.B0), which is obviously a concurrent update.
    but:

    at the end of the update-dialog we have to check a box with "i acknowledge that system disruption will occur", although this update would not(!) be disruptive.
    without checking the box, this message appears
    "Acknowledgment is required to proceed with firmware updates and upgrades." 

    so, no check, no update...any suggestions?

    hi,

    in the meantime we have updated the firmware of several systems without any problems. just check the box and let the update(!) run...

    its only a misleading phrase, which hopefully will be corrected in the next hmc versions.
