  • 1.  Synchronous and Asynchronous Processing rules

    Hello,
    I have a problem when Processing Rule is being picked with wrong type (if I undestood the problem correctly).
    When multiple files are picked up and processed at the same second, some files of the batch are getting Synchronous Processing rule, altough it is set to be Asynchronous. I can’t trace issue to the core, because PR fetching services are not avaliable for editing and viewing.
    Have anyone seen this issue and found solution for it?

    Juris – I am not clear with your statement ‘Synchronous , Asynchronous Processing Rules’. which wM version you are on ?
