We have seen this before and it can work one of two ways:
- Successful, where you exclude configuration for system apps
- Unsuccessful, where you don't
Basically if you export all app configurations, for apps like MaaS360, this causes a problem.
The MaaS360 user profile is created during the enrollment process and is unique to that enrollment on that device for that user.
If you try to re-use it you will have problems and this has happened before.
So I would suggest you look at the list of apps which are productivity vs system, only productivity apps should be exported / used through Samsung SmartSwitch.
