    Unless a considerable amount of page space is used, you normally don't have any problems. The reason you see all RAM showing near 100% usage may be because of buffer caches (file system cache) using unused memory, which is normal. If you look at the memory usage page in topas or nmon I would not be surprised to see that you may have a lot of memory allocated for file system caching (hence the appearance of near 100% mem usage).
