    Buongiorno, per completare il mio progetto di analisi dei dati, inerenti le risposte ad un questionario  di benessere organizzativo, ho necessità di individuare a quali categorie appartengono i lavoratori che hanno dato delle risposte non omogenee in specifici item del questionario. La mia domanda è: quale funzionalità di SPSS è più indicata per evidenziare questi incroci di variabili? Grazie.

    non omogenee = "different" in English?

    If you are looking to put people into categories based on their answers to your questions, there are many procedures that can do that - cluster, classification trees, k nearest neighbors. There are many dependencies. You could try starting here and see where that takes you.
