If a customer wants to have B2B features for some large consumers like "Express Order", "Order Approval Flow", "Special Pricing", etc and payment methods like "Line of Credit", "Bill me Later" supported on a B2C site, what is the best way to implement the site. Is it to publish a ConsumerDirect/Madison store and customize for B2B features or would it be better to publish an AdvancedB2BDirect store and customize for B2C part.

An ability to create Drop-Ship orders and/or Purchase Order creation to the manufacturer could be considered too.
