Hello Andy,
Even if they terminate the service with IBM your account will not be turned off or deleted by IBM. If there is no current agreement on an active account then IBM will eventually contact you and make sure you are being serviced by a provider. Only if an account gets expired would it purge after 90 days. So do not lose any sleep over it....

We purchase the MaaS360 service through O2.
Last month we received a credit note for our MaaS service, which I thought was odd and then this month we had no MaaS invoice.
I called O2 and they said the service had been terminated! Lucikly for us the MaaS portal is still active and I can managed our 60 devices, however, I can't find anyone at O2 who knows why and can help me. They don't even seem to know the name MaaS360!
Is there anyone at IBM who can help me find correct contact to find out what is going on please? It would be a disaster if our service just stops.
