    libstdc++ >= 8.3.0 is needed by gettext-0.20.2-1.ppc

    libstdc++ >= 8.3.0-1 is needed by ncurses-6.2-3.ppc

    trying to install sudo 1.9.5.p2

    openssh 8.1.102.2104 and openssl 1.1.1.1200

    Hi

    To resolve dependency issues you can use yum, now dnf to install from the IBM repo. You can follow

    Ref: https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/aix-old-open-source-rpm-packages-clean-then-use-yum

    to clean up old rpms and start fresh. Please review and implement on test first.
