i have a publishable document and how can i find that who were subscribed to that publishable document type.

If you are subscribed to a document ( Not TN ), you have a subscription trigger.
You can find a list of your current active triggers under IS → Messaging → Trigger Management.
Right click from publishable doucment type and select find dependents option. It will show all the triggers which subscribed in this publishable document in this case.
