Good morning all,

I'm currently facing some challenges with our shared topic. I have one producer publishing messages on a project shared topic, and multiple consumers who should be receiving these messages. The issue arises when only one consumer needs to receive the message, but occasionally, the message fails to trigger on the consumer side, resulting in message loss. 

Interestingly, if I attempt to publish the same message multiple times, the consumer might sometimes retrieve the message successfully. I am unable to understand why the consumer does not retrieve the message every time it is routed to the matching rule on the shared topic. 

Has anyone else encountered this issue or has any insights on what might be causing it?
