    hi

    I am trying to connect isam to my ibm verify instance, but during the wizard i keep getting this error

    {"message":"Parameter is not valid : admin_host"}

    All i am doing is adding the hostname of my verify environment and click the login button.

    I am able to set up SSO login from isam to ibm verify, but having difficulty with the following two integrations

    - Connect IBM Cloud Identity in to ISAM
    - Strong Authentication using IBM Cloud Identity APIs

    Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? Please help

    Hi Fawad,

    What ISAM version are you using?  I have tested the recently with Verify Access v10 but not with ISAM v9.x.

    How exactly are you formatting the entry into the hostname field?  You shouldn't enter https://.... it should just be the hostname.
    Also, if your tenant hostname is a "new" one (ends verify.ibm.com) you must specify the whole thing (xxxx.verify.ibm.com).

    Finally, does the appliance you are configuring have direct internet connectivity?  This is required for this wizard.

    If none of the above helps, I suggest you may need to open a support call.
