Stats thread putting users thread on wait

    Hi,

    I am facing this issue where stats thread is in running state with 0 second and that is putting new users on wait. It is also putting few threads on wait. I have noticed that it happens at exactly round hour. Presumably when stats from current hour are getting copied to previous hours. I surely recall facing this issue in 10.2.x back in 2016. I had a case logged back then and was informed that it has been resolved in PA initial release. Not sure if the issue persists. Need help.
