Stats not shown when using ACE Dashboard

    ACE Dashboard does not show flow or resource stats. It reports either that there are no stats or that stats are switched off.
    When going to the SIS or IN webUI directly the stats are shown.
    This is with 11.0.0.9 on Linux. I don't know wethe rit worked in previous fixpacks or not.
