    when I set up a new P10 system to use Static a static IP using the ASMI.  Can i set the VMI to use the same IP address as the ASMI?

    The eBMC and VMI need to have different tcp/ip addresses as you are communicating to different entities.  There was just recently a blog posted by Raghavendra Malapati that covers setting up the TCP/IP addresses for the eBMC and VMI eBMC tcp/ip setup
