When I start webMethods Intergration Server,it’s always encountered the errors which says “Cannot open stream. Location: ‘dbconfig:/db.xml’.”,the version for our webMethods is 8.2,64 bits,pls advise how to resolve this issue.

It seems there is custom code which try to load this file. Check the start-up services of different custom package.
As far I know there is no location called dbconfig:/db.xml.
