Start instance process with JMS published from Universal Messaging

    Hi,
    I have a problem when I try starting a new instance process through the service pub.jms:send, the message comes to the queue from Universal Messaging but it’s not starting.
    If I execute my publish document from Run as → Publish as JMS Message and enabled the property Prepare Message for BPM my process is successful started.

    What is the correct way for starting a new process instance from a flow service using UM?

    I am using Universal Messaging 9.8 and Integration Server 9.8

    Somebody Help me please.

    Hi Victor,

    Did you manage to trigger the process via service ?

    Fill in exactly the same details that you see when you try to publish document on Run as.

    Only addition you need to add is the documentType under properties section input document of pub.jms:send.
