SSL does not load in some transactions....

    WSAStart: Entering
    WSAStart: bWSStarted = 0, nWSClients = 0
    WSAStart: SSL library load succeeded.
    Sockets Client ID 1 enabled.

    I guess ssl does not load properly in the timmed out ones. Is the any parameter to control this ?
    what might be the issue ?
