    Hi All,

    webMethods Integration Server 7.1.3
    webMethods TN :7.1.2
    TN Database : sql server 2005

    Two Integration servers use same TN Database( Clustered)

    On one server we are getting CPU Usage 100%, took java dump and found change User status is consuming 70% of CPU.

    Tried to Install TN Fix 22 to resolve this issue,
    Steps on installation:

    1>installed fix on both servers , that took IS down.
    2>Ran scripts on DB and restared DB
    3>brought the servers UP

    When trying to login to TN Console or by submitting one xml of TN doc submit, the trnasaction history is loaded to TN Database and is changed to hung status…throws an exception below:

    2012-12-19 19:21:09 EST [TNS.0005.5077T] TN Task Manager processing active jobs.
    2012-12-19 19:22:21 EST [TNS.0000.2005W] Error logging database event
    2012-12-19 19:22:21 EST [ISU.0000.9999E] com.wm.dd.jdbc.base.BaseSQLException: [wm-cjdbc36-0007][SQLServer JDBC Driver]Error establishing socket to host and port: 10.1.3.134:1433. Reason: Address already in use: connect
    2012-12-19 19:22:21 EST [ISC.0076.0007W] XMLCoder decode invalid data type: java.util.Hashtable
    2012-12-19 19:22:22 EST [ISC.0076.0007W] XMLCoder decode invalid data type: java.util.Hashtable

    I have made sure IS to be down on both servers before installing DB scripts and also brought IS servers after bringing in TN database.

    Can some one encountered this issue.

    Any response would be greatly appreciated.
