    Hello all

Since I updated IBM i Access Client Solutions (ACS) to the latest version 1.1.8.8 whenever I try to open a SQL script file from IFS or save one there via the SQL Scripts windows it won't work. The 'hourglass' keeps turning endlessly but nothing else happens. So, the option is obviously still there but it's just not working.

It's interesting though, that there seems to be no problem using the "Integrated File System" window from the Action menu.

I must confess that at the same as updating ACS I also installed a different Java JDK, moving away from the no longer open licensed Oracle JDK. But I tried it with several different JDKs (Microsoft OpenJDK, Oracle OpenJDK, IBM Semeru) and I get the same result with all of them.

Does anyone experience the same problem? Found any solution? Is it the JDK that makes the difference?

meanwhile found ACS version 1.1.9.0 to download which implements a new ifs save/open interface. So, the problem is solved with this update.
