    Hi,

    I downloaded SPSS Stats trial(Windows 64 bit) but am getting the following error message:

    Sorry, you have already used an IBM SPSS Statistics Subscription trial on this machine. To use IBM SPSS Statistics Subscription, you will have to purchase a copy. Please visit the IBM Marketplace to review purchasing options.

    I haven't used the app on this computer before. I did use it on another computer, but have since deactivated it. Can anyone please help me?

    Probably the previous owner of this pc used the Trail on it already.

    Unfortunately, we cannot help with this further.
