I signed up for the first time to study with my PC at work.

I've never used it, but it says it's a PC I've already used.

How should I use it?

You have two options here:

1) Open a License ticket using the "Other" option and provide your email address used for Subscription.

2) The message means at some point Subscription was installed on that machine and you will need to purchase Subscription to use it.
