  • 1.  SPSS Statistics 'try for free' link not working

    SPSS Statistics 'try for free' link [https://www.ibm.com/account/reg/pl-pl/signup?formid=urx-19774] is not working - it causes HTTP 500 error each time. Also, the link 'report this issue' on 500 error page is not working as well - it just redirects to IBM main page.
     
    I'm a a student and I want to use 30 day trial of that program, please help and send me a working link.

    Hi @aaa ccc

    Google for "http 500 error" and see the meaning of this error and potential causes. 

    I tried the above link from a Google Chrome Browser and "Incognito Window" and it successfully took me to the page where you would create your IBM id.  Creating the IBM id is the correct first step toward downloading, installing and using the IBM SPSS Statistics Trial software.

    Hopefully this was a momentary glitch and you are able to use the link today.  If not, I suggest clearing your browser cache before trying that link again.
