Dear IBM team,

I'm a medical doctor, in our hospital we have conducted a study and I tried IBM SPSS (trial version), and put my data there, but I was shocked when it told me that the period has expired, and since I saved my study data on SPSS form, not on a word file, I couldn't open the file as the period has expired and our study data will be lost. However, currently we couldn't afford to buy the subscription to extend the app. Therefore, it would be highly appreciated if you could help me to take my data and upload it in word form.
