SPSS STATISTICS trial launch error

    I have downloaded SPSS Statistics free trial for first time. When I want to get in, it opens the browser to launch the software. It appears the message: authentication successful!, but nothing happens. Even if I click the button below.

    I have tried several browsers (safari, firefox, chorme).

    What can I do to fix the issue? I have attached a photo with the message where I get stuck.
