  • 1.  SPSS STATISTICS trial launch error

    I have downloaded SPSS Statistics free trial for first time. When I want to get in, it opens the browser to launch the software. It appears the message: authentication successful!, but nothing happens. Even if I click the button below.

    I have tried several browsers (safari, firefox, chorme).

    What can I do to fix the issue? I have attached a photo with the message where I get stuck.

    1. Are you on Windows or MacOS?
    2. What version of the Windows or MacOS operating system are you using?

    Hi everyone, I wanted to give a quick update on this. It turns out this problem affects anyone on an Intel Mac machine. It doesn't affect those using the newer Apple Silicon (ARM64) architecture.

    We are close to having a fix for this that will be uploaded as an interim fix, and we will also be refreshing the downloadable media soon.
