I keep getting the following message when I try to open SPSS:

' Sorry, you have already used an IBM SPSS Statistics Subscription trial on this machine. To use IBM SPSS Statistics Subscription, you will have to purchase a copy. Please visit the IBM Marketplace to review purchasing options.'

I've never installed the program on my laptop. But this message appears.

My IBM account shows that Spss Statistics Subscription trial is in use.

How can I use?

I swear to God I've never installed this program before.

I appreciate it if you could help solve this problem.

I checked your e-mail on Subscription trial database and found your trial would last until 14. October 2020.

However, you have installed the trial on a Windows 10 machine with this unique ID:

But on this same machine another user already activated the trial on 05. June 2020. So the message is correct, the trial was already in use on this computer. It is not possible to use the trial on the same machine for different users within 365 days.

I am sorry but this same machine was used already by the other user. A machine GUID is unique. Please use a different machine for your own trial.
