    Hi,

    I have having an issue with accessing my SPSS Statistics  GradPack v.29. I successfully downloaded it: however, every time I enter my login information SPSS closes. Has anyone had a similar issue or know how to fix this issue?

    Are you trying to launch IBM SPSS Statistics 29.0.2.0 using and SPSS Statistics 29.0 Graduate Pack Authorization code?\

    OR. Are you trying to launch your Graduate Pack via the IBMid?

    IBM SPSS Statistics Digital (formerly Statistics Subscription) uses a cloud licensing server and is tethered to your IBMid.

    IBM SPSS Statistics Graduate Pack uses traditional On-Prem license codes and must be activated via the License Authorization Wizard.

    OK, Licensing issues aside:
    Is this Statistics 29.0 for macOS and you have installed to macOS 14.x (Sonoma) or 15.x (Sequoia)?  Only version 29.0.2.0 and later are supported for macOS Sonoma and macOS Sequoia.

    Is this SPSS Statistics for Windows and you also have SentinelOne security software running?
