after some bad Windows updates we had to reinstall the whole OS. Unfortunately we can't now relicence our Software. Please tell us what you need to unlock it.

due to privacy issues, SPSS Licensing requests which require exchange of confidential information such as IBM Customer Number, authorization code, email address, etc...  need to be handled through the SPSS Licensing support page:

Use the blue button called “Open a case to get help with SPSS License issues” to open a case. Include all required information (e.g. authorization code, lock-code, product version, ...) so that we can immediately process your request.
