    Hello,

    I am a student using SPSS Modeler for a class. I have the 18.4 version and a Mac book with Intel chip. When I run the model, the output is not shown. There is just an execution feedback dialogue box which keeps processing but no results. Below is a screenshot. Most of the students with a Mac faced this issue in class. Does SPSS Modeler not work on Mac?

    Hello Roshni, SPSS 18.5 client supports 

    Might want to look at using that version?

    Is the new version out? Also can I install it using my academic license? Could you please walk me through the steps to install the new version?

    Hi @Martin Gingras

    I have the same problem as @Roshni Harish - So I follow up and downloaded and installed the 18.5 version of Modeler. 

    I received an email with a long string to activate the license. The first step is going through

    first step of licensing
    However, after pressing next I receive the following message:
    License information for IBM SPSS Modeler 18.5.0 installed in /Applications/IBM/SPSS/Modeler/18.5/Resources/Activation

    No licenses found for IBM SPSS Modeler 18.5. ErrCode=1 SubCode=18
    If I try to open modeler now the only thing I will see is a menu on the top left 
    only thing that opens
    If I go back to the academic page, and request the code again, 
    And use that code - I receive an email with the long string followed by the text:
    "8400" version "184", expires Midnight of Jan 31, 2032, exclusive
    Should I assume it is sending me a string for the 18.4 version?
    If so, how can I request the SPSS authorization code for 18.5? While it allows me to download and install 18.5, there are no options for version selection. 
    I'm running MacOS Sonoma 14.4.1
    Any sugestion?
