Hi all,

I have an auth code for SPSS 29 on Windows 11 from my uni. The license wizard just restarts the app. I cannot go to the license screen. I tried to insert the code manually from command line. However, I get the error below. There is a similar error reported here. I installed the latest C++ redistributable but it didn't solve the problem. Any idea what could've the problem?

Hi @Merve Almalioglu,

Is this a new installation of Statistics 29.0.x.x?  Or have you updated from Statistics 28.0.x.x?  Both use the same install path and perhaps you've got something corrupted, like files not updated.

I suggest a complete uninstall of IBM SPSS Statistics followed by a fresh install of the latest release, IBM SPSS Statistics 29.0.2.0
