I got a new computer and I need to transfer my license over... help?

f you want to move the license or reinstall it, please go through the following steps: Uninstall the product on the computer from which you will are going to move the license. Choose "Deactivate the license on this computer" during the uninstallation. Install the product on another computer.

I tried this, there was no option for "deactivate the license on this computer"

Include all required information (e.g. authorization code, lock-code, product version, ...) such that we can immediately process your request.

For licensing questions on Student and Gradpack versions, please reach out to your vendor or academic institution where you obtained the license.

I cant find my customer number anywhere. Ive tried this multiple times but I don't know my customer number.
