I've been using IBM SPSS Statistics Version 29.0.1.0 on my Mac (running Ventura 13.6.1) and am suddenly unable to access it as I keep receiving an Activation Error message that says "You have already activated IBM SPSS Statistics Subscription on a machine. Please go to IBM Product and Services to deactivate the machine then retry". I only have one machine and submitted a ticket yesterday and my license doesn't expire until late 2024. Any guidance and/or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Are you still having this issue?  In the past couple weeks, IBM SPSS rolled out both a new release of the Statistics software and migrated all licensing to a new server.  There were sporadic problems associated with the latter.

Suggestions:

• Go to https://myibm.ibm.com/dashboard and login with your IBMid
• Click the "Manage" button on your IBM SPSS Statistics Subscription tile.
• On the left-hand navigation panel, click "Manage Devices"
• Be sure to "deactivate" any active devices.
• Download and install IBM SPSS Statistics 29.0.2.0 (20)
• There are Fix Central links for Windows and macOS at the bottom of that page.
• Launch the product and login with IBMid.
