    Hi

    I am trying to install SPSS 28 on MacOS Monterey 12.5.1 but i keep getting the error "The installation Failed"  The installer encountered an error that cause the installation to fail contact the software manufacturere for assistance. Please see images attached

    Hi Loini,

    I've not had any trouble installing or running IBM SPSS Statistics 28.0.1.1 to my Macbook Pro with macOS 12.5.1 installed.

    Looking at your screenshots, I'd wonder about the integrity of your install media and perhaps the permission of your installing user.

    - Please login and install the product as an Administrator user on this mac.

    - The current release is IBM SPSS Statistics 28.0.1.1.  You can get the install media directly from Fix Centralhttps://www.ibm.com/support/pages/downloading-ibm-spss-statistics-28011

    - You may want to completely remove IBM SPSS Statistics from your mac prior to attempting a fresh install from new media
