I am a current student at Cal State Fullerton. I have downloaded the SPSS 27 program from our student software cite. Unfortunately, I am having problems running the program. I installed the program and put in my license, everything checked out, but the program still won't load. I have tried contacting the school's IT team, but they were unable to help. do you have some more information please? On which exact operating system you have installed? For example windows 10, 64 bit?

Do yo get an error message when you launch SPSS Statistics 27? How do you launch the program?

Do you have an Antivirus and/or Firewall enabled on your computer? What is you disable those? Please note also to check the built in firewalls on your computer.
