I have received an authorisation code for SPSS 25 from my university, and the authorisation wizard was able to process the code successful, however when I open the programme it shows the following:

There appears to be a license for IBM SPSS Statistics, but it is invalid. Most common causes: System Date/Time changed on machine, or the license persistence files have become corrupted. Check your System Date, and then contact Technical Support. This c Specific symptom number: 12

I therefore think I need someone from IBM to create a license code for me, specific to my laptop's lock code and then use this in the authorisation wizard or paste it into the LSERVRC file using TextEditor.

Hi there,

When I request to open a case, it asks me for a customer number which I do not have.

Can I therefore please get my case resolved in a similar manner to the question I linked earlier (https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/question/0D50z00006PFlZqCAL/spss-25-invalid-license-issue-for-macos-sierra-10126) as we have the exact same problem.
