I am attempting to open a file posted by my professor, but after I open the download an error pops up saying there is a license missing or network license missing.

Due to privacy issues, SPSS Licensing requests which require exchange of confidential information such as IBM Customer Number, Authorization Code, email address, etc... need to be handled through either a normal Support ticket via link above or via the SPSS Licensing support page.

A) If you have a normal Support contract open a ticket on:

Use the blue button called “Open a case to get help with SPSS License issues” to open a case. Include all required information (e.g. authorization code, lock-code, product version, ...) such that we can immediately process your request.
