    Hi,

    I own a mac on which I purchased SPSS last year, and renewed the license for a couple months ago in 2020. this should have lasted me for a year at least but for some reason it showed me that it was expired again today. I tried putting the authorization code in again, but it didn't work and then it showed me a popup with the error 313 specific symptom. What can I do to fix this?

    We would need to check your authorisation code. Please open a case as described below. If it is student or gradpack version, please get in touch with your vendor.

    due to privacy issues, SPSS Licensing requests which require exchange of confidential information such as IBM Customer Number, authorization code, email address, etc...  need to be handled through the SPSS Licensing support page:

    Use the blue button called “Open a case to get help with SPSS License issues” to open a case. Include all required information (e.g. authorization code, lock-code, product version, ...) so that we can immediately process your request.
