I saw a customer sent me a PO with an ! as part of the PO number. When i map it in debug it only shows 1 ! but in my Fixed length output file there are 2 !'s and it pushes the rest of the record out by 1 thus failing in the Type Tree.
Any idea whats happening?

This is likely due to a release character defined in the object (or the parent object) in the Typetree.
