  • 1.  Source Control Integration using TFS

    Posted Tue October 14, 2014 11:33 AM

I want to try integrating the source countrol (TFS - Team foundation server).

I dont find any document or help on integrating the IS components under TFS.

Can someone provide me the suggestions or links to the document where I can find the information.

    Thanks

TFS is not supported for the server side VCS integration.

If you do local development just use the TFS client to version the assets of interest from the filesystem. For processes, tasks and rules you can install any eclipse plugin into Designer (I do not know if there is an eclipse plugin for TFS). If you use Designer workstation you can even version IS services from within Designer.

There is an eclipse plugin available for TFS.
if you don’t have Local Service development then you will be able to version only process model related files.
If you have Local service or Designer workstation then using plugin you can manage IS assets too
