I am working on creating a graph that shows labor by week. 

When I sort by week number the first few weeks appear fine then jumps to Week 53(which is okay in this case) and then goes back to the normal week count. 

Anybody know why this could be occurring?

I tried to replicate what you were getting and I had a few issues with sorting by a Week field also. Using a two digit number for the week, i.e. leading zero for the single digits seemed to resolve it.

Formula I used in case to convert the week from single to two digits.

Note: Made up data.
